Lifting weights. Standing curls -- that'll tighten it up! LOL---ow!!!

I'd ROFL, but I am afraid I could not get back up! Heheheheh.

8. No, undies...it isn't technique.
It is a consequence of getting back into it after a 3-year layoff. There is an initial pain phase in which your muscles just will hurt. This first phase is not fun. Patience and gradual ramping up then lead to the nice place where you don't hurt and the activity is actually pleasurable. But muscles do hurt when you start out, no getting around that.

It's no big deal...been there before, it will pass with time and training...I just thought it would make a good subject line! LOL--OWWWW!
