I'm in a very happy and bouncy mood today, and have been all morning.:bounce:

I have no real idea why, I was late to bed (though lack of sleep sometimes makes me very alert and happy ???), and the weather is rainy and dull.

I managed to empty the dishwasher and put a load of laundry in this morning before leaving for work; and still got in a few minutes early.

I think that my happiness is irritating some of my colleagues at work - but I don't care. The radio played "I feel pretty" at half past seven this morning, and I keep wanting to sing it.

Hope everybody else is having a wonderful morning (or afternoon for those in Europe).

4. private reasons

my bf is going on a 6 months long business trip tomorrow. Just found out yesterday.

10. 6 Months certainly sounds like a long time

That's very short notice too - he's military though isn't he.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, and hopefully you'll have chance to learn how much you love each other. Absence makes for great reunion too...

11. he is in the Army, yes

we've been seperated before because of his job (and we don't live together and only see each other every other weekend) but never that long.

2. good and bad this morning

Good news is that our foster greyhound (Ibuprofen) has found a forever home -- he's being adopted tonight...

the bad news is that my fibro-myalgia (sp?) is kicking in again -- mostly on my right side this time -- hip,neck, shoulder and elbow all screaming... tossed and turned trying to find a comfortable sleeping position for most of the night -- gave up around 3:30am this morning

gonna be an "Ibuprofen" kind of day ( in more ways than one )

I also have fibromylgia and I find that taking the minimum dose of Sam-E really makes a big difference in the way I feel.

7. Great news about the dog

He looks very sweet, I'm sure that the love you've given him will have been much appreciated.

Fibromyalgia - yikes. I've come across that before, it can be terrible. Hope that the Ibuprofen (both types perhaps), help you to feel better.

8. Yays - more happiness

Even though its rainy it's still quite warm here, the birds are singing and the flowers are starting to bloom.

Everything is starting to wake up after winter, and that includes me.
