Sorry I disappeared for a few days. Had to go out into the field and *gasp* actually do my job. Spent the last couple of days in beautiful, scenic Brownwood, Texas digging through training files and crawling around in the warehouse and behind desks checking the inventory numbers on various and sundry pieces of equipment. It was just exactly as much fun as it sounds like.

So, how's about a donut and a cuddle and a nice long chat to get caught up? :-)

pure drudgery and sometimes it isn't. Just depends on what I'm doing. Doing the inventory checks was actually kind of fun because it got me out of the office and I got to crawl around in confined spaces and be more physical than my job usually is.

The really sucky part of the trip was I was stuck in the car for 6 hours with a guy I can't stand.

The food in Brownwood was WONDERFUL. They have lots of good barbq joints. And they have this cafeteria called Underwood's that makes the best homemade rolls ever. *drool* I was NOT good on my diet while I was traveling.
