Just rode 13 miles on the Katy Trail today

and I feel GREAT!

It was the first time I've ever ridden the Katy Trail and I LOVED it!

I used to live in Columbia MO, and they started it down by the river as a state park, but it was only a few miles then.

2. I think it can be picked up in Creve Coeur (suburban

St Louis) but I am not sure whether it can be picked up near the city. A friend came by and picked me and my recumbent up. This is the best Sunday I have had in quite some time!
