I think the funniest scene in the Birdcage is when Nathan Lane in a tux is escorting Gene Hackman out in drag so he can avoid the papparazi, its also funny to see Lane pretend to be a socially conservative housewife, and how Senator Keeley takes a liking to her, I found it would have been a funny twist if he had tried to seduce "her".

In the Beginning...

God creates the universe, which thereafter runs on the principle that God is infallible. God then creates angels.

A war breaks out in heaven between God and the Angel Lucifer. Heaven factions into two sides. In the end, God banishes Lucifer and his followers to Hell, and then turns his wrath on those who did not pick a side in the battle, this includes a Muse named Azrael.

Azrael was created as a compliment to the muse Serendipity, however, unlike Serendipity, Azrael refuses to fight in the war. As a result Azrael is transformed into a demon and sent to hell.

Eventually, god creates man, in the forum of Adam. The sixth Adam is the actual progenitor of the human race as the first five were destroyed by the awesome power of God's voice. To overcome this communication problem God appoints Metatron to be his/her voice. God also dubs Loki his/her Angel of Death.

Loki is later responsible for the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Noah's great flood, among other acts of God's wrath. However, one day after Loki finishes killing all the first born sons of Egypt, his friend, an angel named Bartleby, talks him out of being God's Angel of Death over a few drinks. Loki proceeds to quit his job and gives God the finger.

Not only does God forbid Angels from drinking after that day, but he/she also kicks Loki and Bartleby out of heaven for all eternity, banishing them to a place worse than hell, Wisconsin.
