An exchange with a fundie on election day.
Well, I felt like reflecting on why I feel like I have no use for most Bushies.

Back then, I was going to school. I asked the professor if I could cut out early and told him why and he said yes. But I was going outside of the room and this fundie classmate of mine went out in front of me, he turns around and wants to high five me. :eyes: I never understood why people just pop out at me to do that. He started asking me what was up and I told him that I was going to meet my fellow Democrats. I told him, it looked like Kerry might be able to beat Bush. He got snippy and said "I don't want to talk to you anymore. It's fine if you're a Democrat, but I am definitely not a Democrat." A week later he saw me walking down the hall and said "Hi" and I barely acknowledged him because I did not want to engage in conversation with him.

I have heard him talk in class when the teacher wasn't around and he talks in a very pious sanctimonious way. Something about a girl he likes and how she seems to be "in the Lord". It didn't entirely make sense. I just started thinking about that. I don't know why.
