It is fast! The screen is larger, now I can sit back on my chair, not on the edge. The only problem is I cannot get my emails. Cox said the problem is not at their end, Apple says the problem is with Cox. I am able to receive my email on the Cox webmail page though. My password is not being accepted when I want to enter my email.

3. LOL! Seems like crap customer service isn't a monopoly for PCs either!
Both are right. It's your configuration that needs to be verified.
