3. Noooo never use Q-Tips inside your ear.

Q-Tips can cause stuff like that, if not damage your ear. The wax can usually just fall out because the skin in your ear sheds outward like a conveyor belt and carries stuff out slowly. But when you stick something in you could push it back in such a way that it doesn't naturally get carried out.

7. I've been meaning to try those earwax candles.

You stick them in your ear and light them. I have no idea if they work, but sticking a flaming stick into my head sounds like fun.

I saw something on the web about how hot wax can drip into your ear and burn the inside of your ear.

11. If you are really having problems

First try to use warm water in the shower. Just tilt your head so that the clean water can run into the ear, and let it run for a little while.

Next, put 4-5 drops of white vinegar into a dropper and put it into your ear to dry it out.
