Mountains or the Beach????

I myself enjoy the mountains better, but hey, with global warming, the mountains in my neck of the country will be beach front property soon.

hike the mountains, then cool off in the ocean. Why choose just one?

2. definitely beach.....it's warm there.

and while we don't have much in the way of mountains here, we have had enough cold, thank you.
Digging out from a foot of snow....ah, hell, we let it slide till Saturday morning.

since I'm in Anchorage and we have mountains everywhere... I'll say "other" ...because I wouldn't mind going somewhere where there's BOTH mountains AND the ocean..

I love the water and love the mtns..........But now I live in the desert.


Gotta go with the mtns as that was where I lived for so many years.

But I am a water-baby and even have aq hopi bracelet to signify my aqua origins.

5. I'm a mountain person...

I hate getting sand everywhere...especially in my bathing suit!

I've lived right on the beach and it was ok but if someone were to offer me a house in Vermont or New Hampshire, I'd move there tomorrow

islands like Hawaii -- any nice South Sea island with a dead volcano or a well behaved live volcano.

Water, sun, sand, and fresh seafood.

The mountains just don't do it for me.

13. mountains are lovely, but the beach makes my heart sing

even if I do have to put on a ton of sunblock or wear a diving skin
(not a wetsuit, just a full body spandex and nylon suit...thin) to keep from getting terminal sunburn.

I am a Scorpio and a water child.

Besides the altitudes sometimes get too me .

Thinking next big vacation may be Costa Rica which has both.
