who's always nagging when you're going to finish your task while having no idea whatsover how long it needs ...........

This is probably bad advice: But I'd be tempted to remind him that the less he bugs you, the sooner it'll be done! Or you could "discuss" with him the various steps that you need to do, and their time frames, and maybe that'll help him with his needs...and yours, too! I dunno...I have trouble with people who need me to hurry up!!! Good luck...
