6. They're going to get sued (and there are better sites anyway)

There was a porn search engine called Booble that both mimicked the name and the "feel" of Google the same way Droogle does. Google sicced their lawyers on them and forced them to reformat the site in under a week. Since you lose unenforced trademarks in the US, Google has to do this or lose rights to the name.

For what it's worth, http://www.webtender.com is a much better site anyway. They've been around for over a decade now, have a HUGE database of just about every drink on the planet, and have a cool feature where you input the contents of your bar, and it outputs every possible drink you can make with what you've got.
