But the trees are blooming, the daffodills are at full bloom, and my sinuses apparently hate me. I'm sorry you're bummed. Duckie

but a severe headache is the first sign of menengitis, a very painful disease that could kill you, cause brain damage or leave you blind

Vicks Vapo-Rub? When I'm getting a migraine, I rub a little on my temples & between my eyebrows, then put a warm wascloth over my eyes. Works like a charm.

28. Go home and hit the hot steamy shower. Take Tylenol or your
choice of pain med........lie down - keep your room dark. If it doesn't subside in a few hours - call your physician.

26. squirt yourself with pepper spray. that's how that guy developed
that capsacin based migraine relief medicine (he taught self defense, and as part of the class would let people spray him. One day he was getting a cluster headache and got sprayed and voila! no more headache!)

to pain meds, allergy meds, and decongestants, try squirting some plain saline spray up your nose (as much as you can stand). Sometimes that helps flush out the gunk.

If so, could be allergies, if not, I'd go see a doctor and put a kettle on the stove.
