Haven't really been here in a while...south bashing and whatnot drove me away and let me re-think a lot of what I believe. But I'll try to post here more and be more tolerant of the intolerant.

The past few months haven't been good for my family...we're near financial ruin because of my step-dad's business and it's now more stressful than ever in the house.

As far as school goes, I almost got straight A's...one B, in Trig. God, I hate math so. Marching band turned out to be not so bad, and I think I'll be in it next year.

I'm also lactose intolerant now...who would have thought?

So...tell me what's been up with y'all? Any questions?

Sorry about the business thing with your stepdad, my dad had a business that failed when I was a little kid. I cant believe you're in Trig, I take a course called Personal/Fiannical Math, yep out of fear I would bomb Algebra II, I wont be taking Trig until my second year of community college.

Trig ruins my life. I have no idea how to do like any of it. Only reason I got a B was cause I completely went all out studying for the final...would've ended up with a C if I hadn't.

Haven't gotten very far though...she just thinks it's almost like suicide, what my step-dad is doing to us.

here in Alaska in the middle of a thawing that HAS to be global warming and I'm conflicted. I'm glad to see the snow go but afraid for what it means. Other than existential angst, I'm fine.
