4. Please don't use one on your dog.
First off, you would not want to wear one. If you are considering one to control your dog on the leash perhapse a harness will work, although it may give dog more pulling power. Maby your dog needs training on the leash by someone who is a professional. Or you can read a book about how to get your dog to behave on the leash. My question to you is why would you even be considering one of theese collars?
