Yes -- am in Chicago .. but isn't the Chicago-STYLE pizza that big thick crusted thing (which, FTR, I hate) ... in ANY event -- i always get thin crust; super thin if they have it ... why waste calories on .. bread ???

8. IF he's timely and the food's hot
then I tip 15-20% - rounded up to the next 5, whatever that is. IF he's a pain, or rude .. very little.

uhm ... no .. i leave the sour cream for the baked potatoes .. when I decide to actually cook. (If, of course, you consider sticking a potato in the oven "cooking")
