4. No, but I've had abdominal surgery
and it takes a month to even be able to laugh correctly...and lets not even talk about natures call....oh, ouch!!

9. I have to the side of that area and it is KILLER.
I don't feel your pain, nor do I care to. But I hope it is alleviated soon, because I know what you are going through. It hurts to even think about it.

10. I screwed up a muscle in my abdomen playing soccer five years ago
It made me very conscious of the crucial role that abdominal muscles play in virtually all human movement; for over a week I was effectively bedridden. It was agonizing to stand up unless two people helped to lift me from either side, and I eventually had to go to physical therapy sessions at the Rehab center of one of the local hospitals.

It definitely sucks.
