Has anyone seen The Grudge?

My kid wants me to buy it, but we'll probably just Netfix it. So, how was the movie? Previews look pretty scary.

The creepiness factor of the movie is off the scale. It's not a classic in any sense . . . quite predictable (she hears an odd sound and goes into the room . . . always a bad idea) IMO but it will still scare the crap out of you even though you know what will happen.
