Sometimes, reading the threads OP in the Lounge

I get sooo bored. Here some examples:

Should I cut my hair?

What's for dinner?

My cat is sick, My mother in-law is a repug, What's your favorite color? When was the last time you called your ex? Did you sit in the front of the classroom when you attended grade school? How much did you spend on your last lover? Do you always say the truth, and why not? What do you care if I feel like leaving the lounge? I don't. Who are you trying to impress? Skinner?

Some more very exciting subjects:

It's snowing

It's raining

It's sunny

It's warm

it's cold

it's windy and on and on....


My answer is : GET A LIFE!!!

Sorry, tonight I want to rave and rant about these type of threads.

I know that we all come here for different reasons. For some of us DU is almost the only "human" connexion. Its sad but its the reality and I get that there is a multitude of ways to invite others to "talk" to us.

But hey guys, lets try to stimulate each other: emotionally, spiritually, artistically and intellectually. Not sexually thou (hi, Skinner)

As I was saying lets get higher instead of staying down low. Lets get out of the backyard and stop checking if the parents are watching us behind the curtains.
