9. I had often feared a DU without Kef
Edited on Sat Mar-12-05 09:17 PM by Skittles
he was such a steady presence - you know that old saying, "time heals all wounds" - it simply is not true although time does make them easier to bear. I just wish he was here with us.

It just feels wrong without him.

8. Me too.
I was just thinking of him yesterday, and how much he loved "Trilogy of Terror," with the Zuni fetish doll, and how much I know he'd love to see the King Tut exhibit when it tours America again.

DU is not the same without him. :(

15. My brother who passed away in November left some sci-fi stuff
Edited on Sat Mar-12-05 09:37 PM by Skittles
I would have loved to talk to Kef about his GOR paperback set.

16. Wow I'm not even a big, sci/fi fantasy fan
But I have some cool stuff in my colection...including leather bound copies of the Hobbit and the LOTR...

I still wish I had a chance to get to know Kef.

I've never met another DUer before, and it looks like I might have my chance soon...

It's sad to know there's one less of us among the 65,000 registered users...

Sorry for being schmaltzy, I guess it's just the kind of mood I'M in tonight...:)

14. Live each day to its fullest.
Experience the best of it.

It isn't forever and I can only hope the next life, afterlife, Heaven, and hopefully not Hell, will be better.

21. Me too. Saturday evening--Keph would be asking us about his stack of DVDs
So we could weign in on an optimum viewing sequence for him. His comments afterwards were often riotously funny.

One of the good guys is no more. :(
