1. I'm not a big fan of curry, but I have an ass kicking recipe
for chicken with broccoli that has a sour cream sauce to it. It would be good served over rice. Let me know if you want it.

4. I'm in the mood for curry, but sour is good, as long as there's no
sweet involved. I HATE mixing my sweets and sours, General Gao can suck my ass!

12. I would try it (I think)
depends on what is in it and as long as everything is cooked. I refuse to eat raw meat. :hi:

16. and I'm fine with that. I'm not asking you to eat sushi, I'm asking you
to eat something that's likely been cooked for well over an hour ;-)

3. Curry isn't hard
Along with the chicken you can through in peas, carrots, curry powder. Raisins and almonds are traditional.

8. Spice Islands makes a truly MARVELOUS curry powder.
I use it in my chicken curry, along with some ground ginger to kick things up a bit.

Skin-ON Chicken Thighs, Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sweet Red Peppers, Onions (lots of Onions!), raisins, and cream are involved.

There's quite a bit of sauce for your rice.

Interested? It's not hard at all.

14. Here ya' go!
I make a curry that no self-respecting Indian cook would dare call authentic, but it IS saucy!

A formal recipe, this isn't. Use at your own risk. :)

4-6 chicken thighs, skin on (depends on size, and your appetite)
3 Tbsp butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 large sweet red pepper, cut in strips
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup cream or milk
1 to 3 tbsp curry powder (depends on your tolerance for this spice)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL)
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 cup of raisins

In a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tbsp. of the butter. When foamy, add the chicken thighs and brown on each side, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add 1 tsbp of butter to the skillet, along with the chopped onion, sliced sweet red pepper, and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat, for 5 minutes.

Add the curry powder, ground ginger, cayenne (if using) and white sugar; lower the heat back to medium, and cook, stirring, for one minute.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and stir until smooth, then add the cream, and blend in. Add the raisins and cover the skillet, reduce heat, and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Serve over rice.
