Anyone who is considering going to see them on this tour should do so by any means necessary--they are actually better live than on their recordings. My only complaints are the 35 minute wait after the opening band and the damn encore (way too rock star-ish).

8. The band is called "Interpol." They're from NYC.

If you appreciate artists along the lines of Joy Division, The Pixies, or Peter Murphy, you'll like Interpol.

They are, in my now sobered opinion, one of the best live bands I have ever seen.

4. Yeah, Antics had to grow on me, but after hearing Mrs. IconCat play it

over and over every day, I have begun to see the attraction. It really is growing on me.

Teaching yourself guitar is not difficult. You just have to get a chord and theory book (buy one used--music theory hasn't changed much since the time of Gregorian monks) and practice. Just keep at it--guitar is one of those things that you must practice each day, and you won't become better at it for a while.
