need suggestions-- I hosted a potluck reception last night...

2. mostly pacific northwest micro- or small batch brews....

Probably mostly local Northern California breweries. It's all good. My house is a mess after the potluck, so I can either be industrious and clean house, or slothful and indolent and drink beer. I'm leaning toward slothful and indolent....

Sounds dumb I know, guess if was me I would give it away to those I thought enjoy beer.

5. I was always told

that once the beer was refrigerated you couldn't let it warm up. But have had chilled beer left over from fundraisers and took it out of the fridge and used it for the next party with no problem. No one complained anyway.
