Just watched "Forgotten" ..
On DVD. Julianne Moore is such an excellent actor. That story is not at all what I thought it would be.

Excellent thriller and I won't spoil it!

1. I liked it very much
until the ending, but I usually don't like any endings of flicks.

Very gripping.

2. There were two endings available on my DVD...
Weird, the second ending was less violent.

3. I'm interested in that movie. It's on DirecTicket right now.
A little while ago I asked my husband if he wanted to watch it, but he said no.

4. Believe me, it is not what you think.
In fact the male I watched it with rewound the damn vid over and over to see certain parts because they are so unusual. And no, I won't tell you what that unusualness happens to be...

6. It surprised me that Gary Sinise is a bit player...
I love his acting, yet I hear he's on TeeVee nowadays. I don't watch those series, so I can't comment on them. But damn! Why do movies mostly suck these days??? Why are excellent actors being forced to do TV bits or go back to the stage? Well, I hear they LIKE the stage...but we fans outside NY miss them.

Well, of course I expect an answer here from a movie producer and his side-pop psychologist who will tell him that TV is WHERE IT'S AT for older, trained artistic actors, while MOVIES are just moving steadily towards the inevitable elimination of humans, except for the occasional voice-overs. And of course new young boobs can always apply.

Damn. I watched "Desk Set" last night and actually thought it was funny entertainment. I'm too young to be an old fool!!!!!!!!!!!!!
