1. It's making a valiant comeback
I maintain it jumped the shark a while back, but tonight's episode has some balls, and I'm feeling a bit more hopeful.

I still want Martin Sheen to be our President, though.

2. I too feel that tonights episode had "IT"
If it keeps going like this, I'm in.

They haven't said if it will come back next year- I know that was the original plan though.

What do you think about Donna working for Russell?

3. I liked it
it's about time we got a candidate who didn't give a crap about non-issue related stuff. Josh confuses me, it looks like he wants Santos to be a good person, but other times he's a political animal.

5. The magical jump in time still pisses me off.
We lost an entire year of the Bartlet Administration, and as a continuity-minded person, I still can't get my head around that and accept the sixth season.

Still, as much as I can't view the current West Wing as part of the canon of the first five years (yes, even the awful post-Sorkin fifth season), I'll be the first to admit it's turned itself around. No, it's not the same show it once was, but what we're getting now is entertaining, and I guess that's all I can ask for. I'm also actually starting to care for Santos, so I guess I'm drinking the Kool-Aid.

Still, the people who write the promos have to go. They're turning off people with these ridiculous overly-dramatic previews.

10. There's a show you'll love
And I don't throw that word around casually - "love."

It's called "House," and it's on - ::: gasp :::: Fox on Tuesdays at 9 pm. It's easily the most interesting, smartest, most compelling and original show I've seen on TV in a long, long time.

Check it out: http://www.fox.com/house/

8. A top notch show
I had a feeling they really didn't have a focus lately but this show was close to top drawer. It is hard to imagine no CJ but they are clearly going to have Leo and Donna is being set up to go to the Santos campaign. I have new found hope for the show's 7th season.

12. Will Donna replace CJ
as Whitehouse spokesperson? I thought I saw that balloon go up last night. It was the first time I've watched in weeks, so I could have missed other clues.

9. It's brought me back. I skipped all of last year but I am loving the
Santos. I want it to stay so he can be President for a little while.

13. very good show, written by eli attie (an old timer for WW)
the old west wing attempt to inform about the poltical process is back and it suits the players.

want to see what happens in 2 weeks? try this as a peek

From NBC:
Vinick (Alan Alda) wins the Republican nomination for presidency and begins working on his campaign. He gets political advice from Bruno (Ron Silver) about choosing a vice president and how to deal with the latest controversy of Vinick's church attendance, or lack thereof. Meanwhile the Democrats are stuck in a three-way race for enough delegates to win the Democratic nominations; Russell (Gary Cole) barely leads Santos (Jimmy Smits) and Hoynes (Tim Matheson) is a distant third. Bartlet (Martin Sheen) tries to show unity in the party by wrangling the candidates.

if there is a year 7 i hope much of it deals with a presidential election and what goes on during one.

btw next week? leo goes to cuba and something steamy and perhaps seamy between leo and kate harper
