***100th Post -- My DU Introduction***

Hi all,

I'm dedicating my 100th post to my DU introduction. I'll start with the basics about me:

I was born and raised in Hawaii and went to the University of Hawaii . I now reside in Los Angeles and work in the entertainment industry . I'm 6'0", 190 and half japanese half white and in my late 20's.

I would describe myself as socially liberal and relatively economically conservative. I detest * with a passion and think that he's ruining this country each day at a time. I was in shock when he won the election and saddened that I wasn't able to log onto DU to find comfort with others that felt the same way. I've gotten into some spats over on the general discussion board for taking some conservative viewpoints on emotional issues (eg. I support wal-mart). I pride myself in rationality and have a distain for emotional arguments. Above all, I have a distain for hypocracy, whether from the left or right side of the political spectrum.

I like the lounge forum the best because it is laid back and because my specialties are classic rock (esp. Pink Floyd), women, and dating. My economic viewpoints get me into arguments on the general discussion board.

My beloved's cousin Tammie lives in HI (what's the name for non-natives who live there?); my uncle's wife is from HI; and I'm a native So. Californian.
