5. Pretty much only sandals from May - Sept.
Otherwise my normal daily shoe is whatever shoe I have that goes with what I'm wearing.

I only wear my sneakers for working out or going for a run or walk.

13. I bought a pair of loafers
cannot handle them. My feet will only be comfortable with sandels or a top sneaker.

I cannot wear any closed shoe except for a top notch sneaker.

10. Heels always...
I love skirts and can't seem to buy a pair of slacks without spending my money on more skirts. This weekend I bought a pair of knee-high leather heeled boots and wore them with a short brown skirt at work today. Hmmmm, more guys said hi to me today than usual. They just liked the "dominating" boots and want me to kick their ass!

12. Sneakers or Work Boots.
On my own time it's sneakers 90% of the time. Every once in a while I break out the biker boots for a concert or something.

Currently I'm sporting these Pony old-school high tops.

And they look exactly like mocassins, although I think they are house shoes with rubber soles.

Do you think anyone has figured out my secret?

35. I love a little boot, so Ecco fits the bill...
Really sturdy leather, waterproof (unusually wet winter here in SoCal) great tread on the sole since my balance ain't the greatest...In the summer, sandals or Ked-like types.

39. I had a similar conversation with my friend Dominic tonight.
He moved here in the early 60's with his wife. He was telling me about the expensive shoes that he's got in his closet. He only wears them when he goes back to Italy every other year, and usually not even then. He said that after he found sneekers in the 80's, he doesn't want to wear anything else. He also said that no man in Italy ever wore shorts in the summer. He did, with his sneekers. I asked him if he was made fun of, and he said "no, they all wear them now." I said something like "so you were the trend setter?", and he laughed and said no, they just saw the sense in it.
