I think I broka my tail bone. That, and I, being forever single by choice, have an episode of loneliness once every 3 months or so. Not enough to make me ever want to get married. But lonely, nonetheless.

Did you fall or did you strain muscles in your lower back?

Suggest you take a warm bath if the pain is not to great, then lie down with a pillow positioned to minimize the pain.

No guarantee that will work but it shouldn't make the pain worst.

On a stationary spin bike, which usually caused the bum to hurt some, but not 5 days later. I have osteopenia, which is a step below osteoporosis. I am only 33. I better start taking fosamax or some shit.

Particularly if you have osteopenia.

I understand an occasional cocktail might be helpful.
