I have taken my MBA off my resume for almost everything I apply for...that is, before I stopped looking several months ago.

Good luck!

So...we had chicken salad sandwiches, beans, and cold broccoli salad.

7. A leftover BBQ pork rib and chicken breast
Edited on Tue Mar-08-05 09:11 PM by Rabrrrrrr
The rib is from a couple days ago, and the breast from yesterday. The breast was cajun spiced, the rib dry rubbed with my special conconction and oven baked (too cold for the gas in the grill to flow, so had to use oven).

Those, plus an avacado with shoyu and some raw veggies with veggie dip.

27. A rub of salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper
from Nigeria, and onion and garlic powder. I think was it.

It changes every time I make it, since I don't actually write down what I use, and just go with what feels good at the time, but that's pretty much the ingredients.

36. Cinnamon - a key ingredient in dealing with pork!
Another really good one is a mix of cinnamon, dijon mustard, and honey - coat the pork in it (thick pork, not those little sissy pork chops) and fry in frying pan.

Delicious!!

I haven't done them on the grill yet, but I bet they are even better on the grill than on the pan, since you don't have to worry so much about burning and stupidly caramelizing.

40. I would like to grill a lot, but we've a lot of cold weather
and the gas won't flow...and I don't have a charcoal grill.

:-(

But even though I'm sad about the lack of charcoal grill, I'm very happy with the gas grill! It loses a bit of the charcoal's flavoring and cooking style, but makes up for it in terms of instant on, an ability to slow cook for 3 or 4 hours without having to constantly reload charcoal, it's adjustable temperature, etc.

25. Salad sandwich
My husband is still on the chicken noodle soup and sherbert diet from his tonsilectemy. I had bought French bread, bagged salad mix, and pecans. For both lunch and dinner, that's what I had along with Italian dressing. He gets jealous if I cook or eat real food that he would like in front of him, which is hard to do in our small duplex. I am thinking about stopping by a fast food restaurant on the way home tomarrow.

Usually we do this Mondays, 'cause I work late Monday. But I was off yesterday, so I cooked. I had to work today instead, so the pizza got moved here. It's a local place, and they do an incredible job, PLUS they deliver. Can't be beat...
