Ann Coulter.com Forum
I've stepped into the fray. Am I crazy? Yeah. But I would like a stopwatch to see how long it takes me to get banned.

Here's my opening post:

http://pub168.ezboard.com/fanncoulterofficialchatfrm1.showMessage?topicID=21319.topic

I'm new, I have different beliefs from you, et cetera. Howdy.

Anyway, I'd love to know what problem y'all have with the concept of gay marriage?

If you want to be homophobic, that's fine. My own sexual preferences are irrelevant, but in all truth I honestly don't care that much if you support men being penis-enthusiasts or not. You can even find such a thing immoral. Whatever.

But why are you focusing on marriage? How does allowing a gay couple to be husband and husband affect heterosexual married couples at all? You can still marry whoever you want. You can even have church services, which in your eyes may lend it more legitimacy than gay marriages confirmed by justices of the peace. It doesn't seem to threaten your own interests at all.

As for the moral issue, what do you hope to accomplish from allowing gay couples to commit to each other as a man and wife would? Do you really expect Adam and Steve to say, "Oh well, we can't have a wedding! I guess we'll go straight!"? Banning gay marriage would seem to do nothing to prevent gays from being gay, and would if anything prevent promiscuity among homosexuals.

So... what's wrong with it? Why does marriage have to be 'protected?'

On that note, I will accept you banning me for disagreeing with any of you. But I want you to remember that I am being polite, cordial, and (I hope, at least) eloquent in my posts. If you feel that you must ban me, it will be because you fear me.

The site is www.anncoulter.com. Click on "Chat." I'd rather none of us freep or seriously troll however- let's just try to spread the goodness that is free thought and discourse.

2. Just get an EZboard.com global ID
I have it because I'm on several EZboards. You might have one and not even realize it!

You do NOT have to register with anncoulter.com.

3. Heh... wheeee!
I'm having a lot of fun on here! I highly recommend anyone interested in seeing conservatives twitch to get an EZboard global ID (this is common among many forums, and gives no information to anncoulter.com) and watch. I'm posting as GlyphCypher, which is my EZboard ID.

4. OH! OH!
As long as you're there, guide them to my blog! I need publicity to feed my ego (and inform the masses).

7. ....... (please read carefully)
This is an EZBoard Global Registration. EZboard.com hosts the anncoulter.com board just as they do many many other boards of all shapes, sizes, themes, and political bends!

You DO NOT have to register with anncoulter.com. Register a GLOBAL ID with EZboard.com and you will be able to access all public EZBoard forums. This does not involve giving any information of any kind to the people at anncoulter.com.

Please, everyone, fear not.

Gotcha, I was wondering if they could ban you individually. Turns out I have an EZ Board ID from way back. I'm headed to D.C. for about a week Tuesday so it might be sparse.

9. No problem. :-)
They can ban, as moderators. That said, I haven't been banned yet.

Of course, my sort-of-sig line for posts is "I am doing my best to be polite and eloquent to you. If you wish to ban me, that's perfectly fine. Just remember that if you ban me, it will be because you fear me."

That might be a help.

10. Freaking hilarious!
I haven't been banned yet (I think my statement that they'll ban me because they fear me has kept them off of that). But some moderator did give me a subnickname on the board:

"One more sanctimonious homo"

Which is funny. Sure my first post was about gay marriage, but I myself am not gay. I'm bi. (Of course, I simply said I'm 'not gay' on the board).

One more sanctimonious homo? Geez, these people are schmucks.

I'm still working on this. This is interesting.

They're being aggressive, though.

13. Is Fixated right??
Is there a policy here to ban non-dems/liberals? He posted on the other board:

<<Uh, Glyph, I'm on DU, also, and they DO ban non-Dems/liberals/progressives. They had a "if you are against the recall, don't mention it" thing up a little bit ago.>>

Is this true?
