OMG that puppet episode of ANGEL ROCKED!!!
We're watching season 5 of Angel, and just saw the puppet ep last night. It was fantastic!!!

I can't believe the show was cancelled after such a great season - and I'm not even done yet. This is a 100x improvement over season 4 which sucked, roayale. Even with no Cordelia (well minus the one ep she was in which was great), it's been great. Maybe it's because of lack of Connor!

Networks suck!! Bring back this show NOW!

And while you're at it bring back Futurama, the BEST SHOW EVER!!!

1. Lack of Connor was a huge factor.

2. I never really took to Angel...
...but I'd watch anything with James Marsters in it!

Yow-ZA!

How far have you seen? Because Amy Acker did some amazing work that season, but I don't want to get too spoily on you...

3. By Season 2 of Angel,
I was definitely enjoying it more than Buffy. Seasons 2 and 3 of Angel were fantastic; well at least until Connor came along. Darla was never a favorite of mine, but Drusilla always rocked.

I agree on Spike, though. He's by far my favorite character in either series. He developed very well, and in the last two seasons of Buffy, he was really the only redeeming value. When he was fighting with the Puppet Angel last night I couldn't stop laughing.

Fred hasn't undergone any major changes yet this season. I know at some point her hair turns purple or something, but it hasn't happened yet. We're about 2/3 of the way through the season. I hate to see it end.

4. The series goes out with a bang, to say the least
At first I felt cheated by the ending, but I must admit, it's the only ending there could be for that series. It just feels natural.

Regarding Amy Acker- over the next few episodes in the series, she will really be called upon as a performer. I think you'll be impressed, I know I was. And that's all I'll say about that for now.

6. Cool! I'm looking forward to it!
I was kinda hoping one of the series would end with the actual apocalypse. Why not! They're always preventing them, why not have the last episode be one where they fail. That would explain the end, right?

Anyway, I'm sure Amy is up to the task. The episode in Season 3 at the balet was one of my all time favorites, and she did a great job in that one - but so did the whole cast, I suppose.

:)

5. No offense but let me see if I have this straight
They did a puppet show about a vampire with a soul?

Yeah it is shame the networks don't have that kind of riveting material available.

7. It was cool and original!
:) But I can see where you're coming from.

Anyway, in that ep, Angel got turned into a puppet by a gang of evil pupets who were stealing kids' essence while they watched the show.

You see! It makes perfect sense!
