Particularly if it is on a bacon blue cheese burger! Or in really chunky bleu cheese dressing on a salad with really good tomatoes.

I guess we have to thank some brave soul from the distant past who actually tasted moldy cheese and said, "Hey, this ain't bad! Let's make it moldy ON PURPOSE!"
