I had never seen it before. Ewwwww, no more McD's for me,ever. I gave the stuff up and have lost some weight. I don't know how he was able to do it.

10. I use to eat the super size fries occasionally when I use to eat

at McD's but that was if I didn't have a sandwich and even then it's a lot. I haven't had McD's in several years.

But once every few months I get this craving. I need either a Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets. Maybe it has something to do with having McDonalds as a child, like the movie talks about. Eeeek! I can't believe he ate those huge portions!

The movie said that obesity was not epidemic when most people took their meals at home. I thought that was interesting, since American home cooking is not exactly diet food, and children have been exhorted to clean their plates for generations. People can tolerate heavier chow if it's nutritious and in reasonable portions, but supersized junk food is a whole other ball of wax.

The movie has inspired me to put higher-quality meals on the table (not that we were eating poorly before). Nothing like seeing the larger-than-life difference between good and bad food to put a sense of urgency into chopping carrots.

65. Watched it for the 2nd time last night.

I'm glad I am a vegetarian. Even in my meat-eating days, I refused to eat at McDonald's or Burger King or most fast-food places for that matter.
