1. Including high school jobs, college jobs, part-time jobs and
"real" jobs, I've had 12. I do NOT count promotions/title changes/corporate name changes in that 12.

3. If I start back in high school I count 14 (are you in biotech too?)
That definitely does not include promotions. My friends have gotten to the point where they see collecting all my business cards as a hobby.

8. Nope, not biotech!
In high school, I briefly worked for Hardee's and did two summers of daycare. The spring of my senior year and all summer afterward, I worked for a phone book company. In college, I worked in the cafeteria. After I left school, I got my first "real" job at Sperry Univac, which went through many a name change in the seven years I was there. During my time there, I did some moonlighting to save money for school, first at an answering service and next at a nurse staffing outfit. After I finished school, I went to work for a radio station. After that gig I did retail at Wilsons while waiting for another radio gig, which I got within a couple of months. After I quit that job, I worked in underwriting for a specialty insurance agency (high risk, daycares, tanning salons and the like), and then I did a stint at my father-in-law's wireless communications company before settling down as a stay-home mom in 1998.

I consider "my field" to be radio. I did dabble some in radio a couple of years ago, but I wanted it to be light part time and they wanted me to work every weekend plus one full week a month.

7. Worst lasted one day and consisted of driving
silicone-goop covered cars from a parking lot (where they were unloaded from ships) into a carwash ... and then back to their parking space.

Middle of the road job was working as a data processing intern for DARCOM. Mortar baseplate and M-1 tank field test data.

Favorite job was in-house freelance translator for a Lockheed Martin rocket engine they're licensing from the Russians. It runs on kerosene and LOX.
