1. Make sure it really is snake oil...
Or the FDA will cite you for it.

Years ago people sold Radium Water as a sexual tonic. Of course, you died a horrible death from bone cancer, but the FDA only cited people who did not put the amount of radium into the water that was claimed!!!

2. What confuses me is
That this company has been cited by several states for selling worthless junk, but I still see the commercials on TV.
