a driving force for all this? Weren't these researchers doing work on defense grants? Not that there's anything wrong with that. Heck the military wanted the social welfare system in this country to ensure that they had a reliable pool of people ready for military service.

...it was a military project to de-centralise NORAD's computer system. So if Coloroado was hit, the system would still have all of its data. Oh, and MILF porn.
