Oh! darling, please believe me, I'll never do you no harm
Believe me when I tell you, I'll never do you no harm

Oh! Darling, if you leave me, I'll never make it alone, Believe me when I beg you, ooo, don't ever leave me alone

When you told me, you didn't need me anymore, Well you know I nearly broke down and cried,

When you told me, you didn't need me anymore, Well you know I nearly broke down and died

Oh! Darling if you leave me, I'll never make it alone, Believe me when I tell you, I'll never do you no harm

(Believe me darling)

When you told me, you didn't need me anymore, Well you know I nearly broke down and cried

When you told me, you didn't need me anymore, Well you know I nearly broke down and died

Oh! Darling, please believe me, I'll never let you down

Oh, believe me darling, believe me when I tell you, ooo, I'll never do you no harm

Listening to Abbey Road. That's why.

1. Her Majesty's a pretty nice girl, but she doesn't have a lot to say..

I want to tell her that I love her so, but I gotta get a belly full of wine. Her Majesty's a pretty nice girl, someday I'm gonna make her mine.

Great album.

2. And in the end...
...the love you take is equal to the love you make.

Ditto on the album

3. Whew! I thought you were listening to this

Unfortunately, the Bee Gees/Frampton did a version for the film. :scared:

4. That film was horrible from what I heard.
Though Aerosmith's version of "Come Together" was pretty good.

5. You just nailed the high point
Steve Tyler's leg was in a cast when the filmed it, after a bad motorcycle accident that tore off most of one heel. Of course, this was the pre-rehab Aerosmith, so he was completely wasted at the time, too.

IIRC that was a year before Joe Perry and Brad Whitford quit the band for the first time, and they sank to their lowest low-- the "Rock in a Hard Place" record. I used to have that on vinyl back in the day....I think I traded it for a couple of joints back when I did that kind of stuff.

No big loss really. :)

6. Can you imagine George Burns singing For the Benefit of Mr Kite?
Saying it was horrible is a COMPLIMENT!

7. Man, I love the entire Abbey Road melody.
From You Never Give Me Your Money through The End... it's probably my favorite piece the Beatles ever did. What a terrific way for them to go out.
