What'd you have for breakfast?
Since I knew I was going to be working all day, I made myself a big bowl of fried rice with some leftover basmati rice I had sitting around, with scrambled eggs and ham mixed into it. Not exactly the healthiest but it gave me the calorie bomb of sustenance that I needed.

With a bigass travel mug o' joe of course.

I used to never eat breakfast, now I have it just about every day and just don't feel right if I don't. Even if it's just a toaster waffle or whatever, I need SOMETHING.

I took my Grandparents and Parent out for breakfast today. My wife and younger son came with.

I had a Skillet breakfast and two pancakes. It lasted me until around 3PM.

7. I had a long lasting breakfast too.
I made a special breakfast because of visiting mother-in-law and my husband's birthday: homemade cinnamon rolls, scrambled Egg Beaters, Morningstar Farms breakfast patties, hashbrowns, and orange juice. I didn't have any lunch - didn't eat again until I had coffee and a snack around 3-ish. That's normally too long for me to go between meals, but I was stuffed.
