PC picture Q for XP users
I just upgraded from MS 98SE to XP, and have lost my old editing software that allowed me to reduce the size of pics before mailing them. Does anybody have any suggestions for XP users to reduce the size of their pics. I hate to fill up people's inbox with extra large pictures.
