The concept
The SCHICK Intuition razor for women combines a triple-blade razor with a skin conditioning block — just add water, and you get lubrication for shaving. The theory is it’s a one-step shave, without the need to lather up first. And by the time the lubricant wears down, it’s time to replace the razor blades.

The verdict

We asked 19 CHOICE Home Testers what they thought of the razor — 12 tested the normal/dry skin model, and seven the sensitive skin version. Overall, triallists gave it a big thumbs up, with an average score of 8 out of 10. Most were happy with its shaving performance and found it easy to use.

I have used Daisy razors for years b/c it was the only thing I liked. Intuition has totally changed how often I shave & takes the hassle out of it.


I agree with whoever said it could be tricky in tight areas- it isnt good for the bikini area at all- doesn't work well. I had some problems at first with my knee area but now that I know the razor pretty well I actually have no problem anymore. The thing is not to push down to hard.

13. Enjoy? Shaving? That does not compute.

I hardly grow any hair on my legs, anyway, so I just shave them as often as necessary in the summer. In the winter, no way. Like I said, hardly any hair to begin with and what there is you can barely see.
