2. John.
By turns angry, and peaceful. Brawling and tender. And smart, smart, smart. (Tooting my own horn.)

5. what the hell?
answering ringo = "who the hell are the beatles???"

ringo has an affable, easy going personality not represented by the other three. . . surely somebody can be like ringo? I don't get the evil swipe at ringo. . . he's fuckin' great.

12. Ringo never took anything seriously.
Which is why I liked him so damned much. Could you imagine if all four Beatles were prima donnas like John and Paul? It never would have worked.

20. Towards The End....
Edited on Mon Oct-13-03 07:29 AM by DemocratSinceBirth
George, Paul, and John desperately wanted to go their own ways...

Ringo was willing to do whatever it takes to salvage the group...

13. My wife always finds it amusing that my favorite Beatle is George...
since my personality is so much like John's; caustic, violent, and self-righteous (I don't have an iota of George's dippy spirituality)

John's politics, humor, and artsiness; George's spirituality.

16. Peter Noone, oh wait, he was one of the Monkeys.
Edited on Sun Oct-12-03 01:33 PM by Throckmorton
No, that was Peter Tork, the guy whos mother invented the Cell Phone, no, That was Micheal Naesmith, and it was the Electrostatic Spray Gun that his mother invented, not the Cell Phone. The cell phone was Micky Dolenz's Idea.

Who were these Beatle Guys again? I didn't know Paul McCartney had a band before Wings.

18. John or Paul?
John, of course.

Errr, were you talking about Beatles, Apostles or Popes?

Never mind. My answer would still be the same.

I notice Ringo's gotten more votes than Sir Paul.

but I'm partial to George too. He has a lot of my spiritual inclinations. So 1/2 and 1/2?

But in reality, it's much more like Ringo. Not that that's a bad thing...
