ok, the way to do it is like this..

< marquee > the text you want to scroll goes here then < /marquee > and of course eliminate the spaces between the brackets and the word "marquee." I only put them there in this message so that these words would NOT scroll, and you can see how it works. But use [] brackets and not the <> brackets, okay?
