"Occupational Deformities are the Noblest Kind"- Roald Dahl
Is your body in a different shape than it was when you went into your job? Roald Dahl suggests in one of his stories (The Visitor)that you can tell a hooker by the slightly slouched shoulders from lovemaking. I looked into it and found:

When I was working at the service desk in a bookstore, my head leaned to the right because I was always on the phone.

When I was a courier, I was lifting things using the right side of my body. That side was buff, lean, and strong. The left side of my body was flabbier. But my forearem-the left one-had a great tan!!!! It was from hanging my arm out the window.

I'm a graphic designer/animator now. So, I'm not as fit, and I suspect my butt is spreading, with some carpel-tunnel-syndrome thrown in. Care to join in and elaborate?

1. I had part of my left hand amputated due to an industrial injury.
Does that count?

3. OWWWW! Are you right handed or left handed?
That's AWFUL! I hope you were properly compensated for that. That counts, by the way.

2. I fell off a utility pole and now my hip is fucked, I walk with a limp...
'cause one leg is shorter. I still climb poles but it hurts like hell and I can't stay in position very long.

4. That's definitely an occupational deformity-
sorry to hear about your injury... I've been lucky because mine were always very subtle. I worked in Alaska once at a lodge-for example- I was a bartender/sou-chef/maid/laundrywoman/baker/cutter-gutter of fish, and accountant. When I left, I was 10 pounds lighter and my skin looked a little gray.
