17. Homemade hummus with plenty of garlic, with some olive slices
sprinkled over the top of the mound. :9 I had a co-worker once who was from Jordan, and she made some for me. Incredible. Just Heavenly!

20. I replaced potato salad, cole slaw, etc with hummus.
Much better for you. I love it with roasted red peppers. Athenos is good. Tribe is also good around here. The best to me is from a decent middle eastern restaurant with some good olive oil? - Perfect!

Made here in Tampa. The Tampa Bay Brewing Company makes hummus with their homebrew. It is as close to orgasmic as hummus can be.
