Martha Stewart is going home
http://www.dailymail.com/news/News/2005030212/

In the next few days, Martha Stewart will hop a ride out of town in her sleek sport utility vehicle and say goodbye to her digs at the women's federal prison camp here.

Still, even though Stewart never stepped outside the prison walls, many residents of the tiny town that straddles Greenbrier and Monroe counties think she's had a magical effect on the place.

Betty Alderson, who runs Alderson's Store on South Monroe Street, said Stewart "sprinkled stardust on Alderson."

stardust? oh my sweet gods

2. Hooray For Martha!!
She was a symbolic scapegoat... she was railroaded!!

She's going to come back and be even better than before! (Living well and even greater success will be her best revenge.)

6. I don't see how this is a red or blue issue
we love Martha because she is a dem, but since when have the repubs hated someone for making money, as long as they (govt) gets their cut? I have heard that Martha's stock has tripled since she was convicted.

5. I never did like Martha
because of how she treated the locals on Long Island. Very imperious for a person claiming to be a dem.

I have heard that she has been "radicalized" to some extent by her jail stay. Let's see what her hardship has done to her heart. I hope she's changed. A lot.

8. She shouldn't have left herself open
same with the Big Dawg. No doubt vile creatures were after them both, but they were only able to bring them down because they made some big boo-boos.
