Dare To Sing: Where is Simon Cowell when you need him?
A friend of mine sent me a link to this website (link below) called "Dare To Sing." Apparently people record themselves singing Karoke into their computers and then post them to this site.

It's pure torture to the ears.

And apparently nobody is allowed to make HONEST statements, such as "your 15 minutes of fame expired before the clock started clicking, buddy," or "you should only open your mouth to eat, sunshine." All of the feedback is along the lines of "That rendition was so totally awesome."

Once you visit the site, it's sort of like passing a traffic accident, in that you can't help but take a longer look (in this case, a longer listen). At first I thought this was a parody site, but it appears to be authentic.

These poor people really need to get out more often. Just take a listen, and read the comments below the following postings. There's something wrong with these people.
