Now, there's a name I haven't heard in a while. That man makes some pretty decent wine these days. Of course I can't drink it without thinking of the Monty Python "Australian Table Wines" sketch.

Hole One: Woods elects to take a driver from the tee on this opening hole and with the wind blowing severely to the right, his ball lands in the thick rough on the right side of the fairway. Neither of his playing partners, Spaniard Sergio Garcia or Britain's Luke Donald, find the fairway. A number of people search for his ball in rough which is knee-high. Eventually the world number one has to hit a second tee shot, having gone over the five-minute time limit allowed to search for a ball. He puts this one - his third shot - in the same place. He is forced to hack out to the left with his fourth shot. His fifth shot lands on the green - he has a 12-foot putt for a double bogey. He misses it and takes an unthinkable seven.

3. Aside from that he's been pretty steady, though

He's still 3-over 15 holes later. However, usually when he wins a major championship, he leads start-to-finish. But, we'll see.
