If we have to teach creationism in school, then we should teach astrology
and other made up things that people believe are "true".

Especially, just to piss off the creationists, we should teach the "infinite turtles" fact, and all the other creation myths (facts) from every religion.

But also to piss off the astrology believers, I also wanted to lump astrology and chakra stones and hexagonal water and chemtrails and stuff in with the creationists.

5. Yes, and let's allow the Ten Commandments in courthouses,
alongside monuments to the Torah, the Bhagavad-Gita, the Qu'ran, and every other religious text we can think of.

After all, it's just about religious freedom... right?

I think it would be great if you radically changed them every year, too, just to keep the people hopping.

10. He's not being intolerant.
He's using satire to ask a very serious question. Where is the line drawn?

The fact is that there isn't enough room in the day for children to learn about everyone's personal belief system.

26. A "universal disclaimer" wouldn't be a bad idea...
There's ALWAYS someone around who doesn't get humor. And they're never shy about letting you know they don't.

Though all the gold goes to the church of Falwell, so that we can help keep gay people sterile and unmarried (which have been scientifically proven to be necessary in order to the keep the sanctity of marriage and of the United States itself intact)

14. Yes we should make room for the
Hollow Earth and Flat Earth theories as well...World maps should be redrawn as to portray possible locations for Atlantis and Lemuria...as well as include the phrase "here there be monsters"...
Science classes should teach the basics of constructing the orgone accumulator as well...
L.Ron Hubbard should take his rightful place amonst the like of Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein...
There is much work to be done.

... some empirical basis for astrology, IMHO. Creationism? Poppycock.

Those who think astrology is total bunk, give me your birthdate (month and day) and I'll tell you who you are :)
