He had no reaction, just licked up the seeds and walked away.

4. I almost bought some of those too, but . . .

the damned store only had them in packages of like 20 or 30 peppers, no individuals. Much more than I needed. So I settled for jalapenos.

I'm doing a slow cooked roast that forms the base for shredded beef burritos :). I cook it for about 24 hours in a crock pot with jalapenos, green chiles, some tomatoes and garlic (and a little beef broth for moisture).

If you cook it right, the roast will basically just fall apart :).
