2. are you sure it's not from internet explorer ?
i was still getting popups but i found out it was because of internet explorer which i still had on but didn't use.

i think firefox has something in the options area where you can mark to block popups. maybe you haven't checked that off yet.

5. I'm getting them too!
Damn it, I was really pleased with the lack of pop-ups on Firefox, now they are starting and some are very persistent, especially one pop when I leave D.U.

7. I have the pop-up blocker on AOL (don't flame) and some ads still
