Am I being overpriced?

I have the opportunity to have my exterior windows cleaned including all screens for $65.00. I thought this to be a fair price especially since my kitchen windows are a little higher and will involve a ladder.

In the past I did the windows myself, but am afraid to climb ladders these days.
